1, Selection of raw materials. According to the different requirements of the customer, the production will choose cold-rolled steel of different thickness, and then cut the raw materials according to the artwork provided by customer, punching and slotting in specific location.
2, The metal rack are initially formed. For brackets that need to be bent, worker will put it into forming machine and bending machine. So that it can be bent to the shapes required.
3, Metal parts welding. Welding the parts that have been preliminary production. We should pay special attention to the corner of metal parts, to avoid insufficient welding. After welding, polish the rough corners of the material.
4, Surface treatment of metal rack. The brackets will do surface treatment to avoid rusting and corroding. There are mainly the following surface treatment methods. Galvanized, chrome -plating, brushing anti-rust paint, spraying and soaking method, etc.
5, Cleaning the metal racks. After completing the surface treatment of the retail store fixture. Worker will check surface treatment effect and clean the items if there are some stained place.
6, Inspection and packaging. Before shipping, the product will be inspected by QC. Check whether there is any missing accessories and meanwhile pick out defective products. Then pack them and arrange delivery.
